Here's another ID card for your collection. It's one I was given after being inducted into Quill & Scroll in my junior year at CHS, 1963-64. I started my journalism career, which continues even now, in 9th grade at Horace Mann as a reporter and sometime artist for the Cougar Times. In 10th grade, I took the CHS journalism class from Mr Rieker, who also was advisor to the Pacer, and I joined the Pacer staff in 11th grade as assistant sports editor under Tom Mangione. In 12th grade, I was appointed co-editor in chief with Judy Wiltse -- Eric Watkins ’65
