December 29, 2022 through January 2, 2023
The Radical
RXC 500 R is a 2016 limited production car, first launched at the 2016
Geneva International Auto Show. Just 21 of this Special Edition were
manufactured with the full carbon fiber body for lightness and strength,
the 650 Horsepower Twin Turbo Ford EcoBoost Race Engine, and special
interior. The car has a tubular steel frame with full FIA spec roll cage
and front and rear crash structures. It weighs 2200 pounds and goes
from 0-60 mph in 2.7 seconds, with a top speed of 185 mph. All of the
aerodynamic devices on the top and bottom of the car produce its own
weight at 150 mph, theoretically allowing it to drive upside down. The
RXC is a purpose-built Race Car, however this one is the only one in
California that is street licensed.
