The Northeast Corner of Park and El Cajon
This corner first showed up in the 1923 City Directory as the College Service Station.  Art Huebner took it over in 1933.  Tower Motors arrived in 1956.  I assume they expanded shortly after, changing addresses from 1810 El Cajon to 1848 El Cajon.  I'm not sure when Tower Motors left, but Rudy Lusti Motors has been at 1848 El Cajon for some time.

A Google street view from April 2016.  It looks like Rudy Lusti
might be selling used cars on the corner

Holy Crap!  The "Winslow", at 4353 Park Boulevard, was completed in 2023, is 7 stories high and contains 379 apartments.  It goes all the way to Meade Avenue.   I'm glad I discovered this sitting at my computer.  I would have fainted dead away if someone had driven me by this corner.
