This photo by Julius Shulman, from the Getty Archives, was posted on the Classic San Diego Facebook page on July 20, 2021, the same day as the article in the San Diego Union-Tribune announcing that the dealership would close on September 2, 2021 after 64 years in business.  I think you can see the signage for the Mission Valley Bowlero bowling alley in the background.  Few details were released in the newspaper article, other than the operation was sold to Carvana, so something like the structure below might soon be built on the site, although I'm betting on apartments or condos -- or maybe a mixture of all three.
