Here is a petition that a few of us from Oak Park School signed on November 11, 1958.  It was published in the Congressional Record on April 20, 1959.  I was in 4th grade at the time and was a signer of the petition.  I believe a few of us were encouraged to sign it by Brian Wilson who was a nephew of the Congressman Bob Wilson (not 100% sure of the relationship) -- Phil Evans ’67
