I enjoy your updates and look in at web pages about once a month. Here’s a photo of me taken a couple of years ago at Niagara (Canadian) Falls. I was at a sleek 250 lbs at the time and have managed to shed 40 of those in the last two years. Thanks for staying on top of everything.
