THIS PHOTO has the Erickson & Rozelle stamp on the back, plus Howard pencilled in "about 1946". I'm stumped.

I always look forward to the weekly mystery photo. I believe we are looking at SDYC, and across the inlet toward what will soon become Shelter Island -- Gary L Smith '70

The photo looks like the San Diego Yacht Club. Shelter Island is the dirt strip in the top of the photo. It wasn't built up to what it is today until the 1950s -- Dennis Mullican '64
